A family-owned restaurant and hotel operation in Bloomsburg is seeking a Maintenance / Landscaper to ensure the corporate office is well-maintained and visually appealing. As a Maintenance / Landscaper at JDK Management Company, you will have an important role in ensuring our company's corporate office is well-maintained and visually appealing to guests. The ideal candidate will have experience in lawn maintenance and enjoy working outdoors.

Responsibilities

• Maintain landscaping, including mowing, trimming, mulching, and weeding
• Plant and trim trees and shrubs
• Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks on equipment
• Assist with snow plowing and shoveling during winter months
• Perform regular inspections of the property to ensure a high level of maintenance
• Assist indoors with small-scale maintenance projects, as needed
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in lawn and/or grounds maintenance is preferred
• Must have a valid driver's license in good standing
• Ability to operate and maintain various landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers
• Ability to work independently, with minimal supervision
• Physical ability to lift and/or carry up to 50 lbs.
  
  

Position Type

• This is a full-time, non-exempt, benefit-eligible position
• Regular hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
