Job summary
G&G Landscape Solutions is seeking a full-time Maintenance Landscape Crew Leader in Charlotte, NC. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance and will be responsible for leading and motivating a crew while ensuring quality and safety in all tasks. This role offers starting pay of $20 per hour with overtime and comprehensive benefits after 90 days.

Maintenance Landscape Crew Leader
- Perform physical labor to complete maintenance tasks
- Lead, motivate, and develop a team of crew members
- Coordinate schedules with the Account Manager
- Plan and organize tasks to maximize efficiency with a focus on quality
- Assist with employee training and enforce company policies
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure proper operation of vehicles and equipment
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in landscape maintenance
- Expert knowledge of equipment operation (mower, weed eater, edger, blower, sprayer)
- Bilingual preferred – Spanish/English
- Driver’s License required
- Starting pay from $20 per hour, based on skills and experience
- True overtime pay for work over 40 hours, paid weekly
