Zen-Noh Hay, Inc. is seeking a maintenance technician responsible for the upkeep, servicing, and inspection of facility equipment.
This role includes performing routine inspections, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring compliance with OSHA, ISO where applicable, and company safety policies. Preferred candidates have a High school diploma or equivalent and might have 1 year of industrial maintenance experience.

This job is primarily responsible for the maintenance, servicing, and inspection of all facility equipment and general facility maintenance. Additional responsibilities may be required that are highly skilled maintenance tasks e.g. electrical, fabrication, welding, cutting, blue print reading, carpentry, etc.
Actual responsibilities will vary depending on daily needs and type of facility.
Required - High school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent experience.
Required – None.
Preferred - 1 years’ experience working in an industrial environment with a dependable work record.
Knowledge of or experience with hay press and cubing equipment is preferred but not required.
Preferred – Mechanical Maintenance Certificate.
The physical demands and requirements frequencies of this job may vary depending on the specific location and operational needs as well as other factors.
Uses near, far and peripheral vision and depth perception for task(s) being performed; may need to be able to identify problems with grain.

The physical environment requires the employee to work both inside and outside in heat/cold, wet/humid, and dry/arid conditions. Frequently required to use personal protective equipment.
Travel, 5%-20% travel may be required at some facilities.
The expected base pay range for this role is:
$22.00 - $25.00
Actual pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including work location, job-related knowledge, skills and relevant experience for the job. Pay amount does not guarantee employment for any particular period of time.
