Infor is seeking a Maintenance Kitchen Engineer in Temecula, California to oversee kitchen equipment repairs at Pechanga Resort Casino. The ideal candidate should have a high school diploma or GED, along with at least a year of relevant experience.
The role requires strong troubleshooting abilities, adherence to safety standards, and the capacity to work under pressure. A valid California Driver’s License and the ability to obtain a class 'A' gaming license are necessary.
The Maintenance Kitchen Engineer is responsible for kitchen equipment on an assigned shift and its repair throughout the resort in accordance with the standards of Pechanga Resort Casino (PRC).
This position has no supervisory responsibilities. The Team Member will protect the assets of PRC.
A high school diploma or general education degree (GED) is required; with 1 year experience in commercial or residential kitchen equipment appliance repair or equivalent combination of education and/or trade school certification.
The position requires the ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. The position also requires the ability to write routine reports and correspondence. The ability to speak effectively before groups of guests or Team Members of the organization is required as well.
The position requires the ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals. The position also requires the ability to compute rate, ratio, and percent and to draw and interpret bar graphs.
The position requires the ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. The position also requires the ability to work with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
