Hospitality Laboratories, LLC operates McDonald’s restaurants in Harford County, MD. The Maintenance Person keeps the restaurant clean and fully functional by maintaining equipment, grounds, and facilities to support safe, efficient service.

Starting pay is $16–$19 per hour with FT and PT options. Benefits include paid time off, health/dental/vision, disability insurance, 401k, training, and meal discounts. Opportunities for advancement are available to motivated team members.

• Maintain outside grounds and equipment.

• Unload deliveries 2x per week.
• Take out and empty trash compactors.
• Change light bulbs and perform routine maintenance.
• Clean HVAC/exhaust units and roof debris; follow maintenance calendar.

We are actively seeking individuals for our restaurants located in Harford County, MD.The Maintenance role is “mission critical” at McDonald’s! You will assit management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment. As a member of the Maintenance Team, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.The Maintenance Person’s responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:• Filtering oil fryers daily• Maintaining outside grounds• Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week• Take out and empty trash compactor• Change light bulbs• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris, changing filters; performing equipment maintenance on a schedule using the planned maintenance calendarPERKS & BENEFITS:· Starting hourly rate based on experience and availability; generally $16-19 hourly range.· Flexible scheduling.
