Job summary

Design Solutions and Integration in Carlsbad NM is seeking a Journeyman Electrician to support Permian Basin oil field installations. You will work outdoors wiring VFDs, AC/DC controllers, and 120/240V/480V equipment. This role requires a valid driver's license, 3 years oil and gas experience, and a Texas apprentice license.

Expect 5 days on, 2 days off, on-call rotations, and a competitive hourly wage of $35–$42. ESOP and benefits included.

This position is in Carlsbad NM working in the Permian Basin oil fields installing VFDs and other 120/240v and 480v electrical equipment.

We are looking for self-motivated, assertive, dependable individuals.

As a Journeyman Electrician with DSI you will be working for a leading electrical-integration firm in the United States. You could be configuring and wiring various brands of AC/DC controllers and VFDs. Using electrical schematics, you will design, bend and fill conduit to proper code specifications. You will be working outdoors.

Requirements

• Maintain a valid driver’s license

Schedule

• 5 days on, 2 days off, with on call rotation every 3rd week

$35 - $42 an hour
