One & Only Fitness Consulting in Houston, TX seeks a Maintenance Team Member to keep the gym clean, safe, and presentable for members and staff throughout the day.

Responsibilities include cleaning and disinfecting equipment, sweeping and mopping floors, sanitizing restrooms and common areas, restocking supplies, and promptly addressing spills or safety concerns. Ideal candidates are dependable, detail-oriented, and take pride in a welcoming gym environment.

Qualifications

• Be detail oriented and safety conscious.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently.
• Able to follow cleaning protocols and safety guidelines.

Responsabilités

• Clean and disinfect gym equipment, machines, benches, mats, and high-touch surfaces.
• Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain all flooring.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, mirrors, and common areas.
• Empty trash and replace liners as needed.
• Keep entryways, lobby areas, and member spaces clean and organized.
• Restock restroom and cleaning supplies.
• Respond quickly to spills and safety concerns.
• Inspect the facility and report maintenance issues to management.

The Maintenance team member is responsible for keeping the gym clean, safe, sanitary, and presentable for members and staff. This role ensures the facility is properly maintained throughout the day and that cleanliness and safety standards are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• - Clean and disinfect gym equipment, machines, benches, mats, and high-touch surfaces
• - Sweep, vacuum, mop, and maintain all flooring
• - Clean and sanitize restrooms, locker rooms, showers, mirrors, and common areas
• - Empty trash and replace liners as needed
• - Keep entryways, lobby areas, and member spaces clean and organized
• - Restock restroom and cleaning supply
• - Respond quickly to spills, messes, and other cleanliness or safety concerns
• - inspect the facility regularly and report damaged equipment, leaks, plumbing issues, other maintenance concerns to management

Physical Requirements

• -Ability to stand, walk, kneel, bend, reach, push and pull for extended periods
• - Ability to carry up to 50lbs., and work with cleaning equipment, chemicals, and around active gym environments
