Job summary

Paycom - ATS is seeking a reliable janitorial/maintenance worker in Riverside, CA. The role focuses on routine upkeep, cleaning, and immediate handling of maintenance issues to ensure a clean and safe facility.

Responsibilities include floor care, trash removal, graffiti cleanup, and deep cleaning for special projects; weekend availability is required, with a Friday–Monday schedule and a minimum 32 hours per week.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift up to 50 lbs.
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation may be required.

Job Description:

• Duties consist of regular maintenance of location and if any maintenance problems should abruptly arise, they are to be handled immediately.
• Walk to entire garage, sweep and pick up all garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans
• Maintain equipment clean and clear of dust.
• Remove graffiti when needed.
• Special projects - Deep cleaning

Qualifications:

• Experience & Education: High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required. Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Skills:
  1. Technical: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers.
  2. Soft Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
