Job summary

Parking Concepts, Inc. in Riverside, CA is seeking a full-time janitorial/maintenance associate to perform routine upkeep and quickly address maintenance issues. You will sweep, empty trash, remove graffiti, and help with deep cleaning as needed.

Must be able to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs, possess a valid driver’s license, and be available weekends (Friday–Monday) for about 32 hours per week. A high school diploma is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Perform regular maintenance of location and respond to issues immediately.
• Walk the garage, sweep and remove garbage from floors.
• Empty trash cans and maintain cleanliness of equipment.
• Remove graffiti when needed and assist with deep cleaning tasks.
