Job summary

Parking Concepts in Riverside, CA is seeking a diligent general labor/janitorial associate for full-time daytime shifts. You will perform routine site maintenance, cleanliness, and upkeep across the garage and related areas. The role requires reliability and weekend availability to support Saturday–Tuesday operations.

Responsibilities include cleaning, trash removal, graffiti management, and occasional deep cleaning on special projects. A valid driver’s license is often required.

Qualifications

Job Description

Qualifications

• Experience & Education: High school diploma/GED is generally preferred, but not always required. Previous janitorial, maintenance, or customer service experience is often expected.
• Physical Ability: Must be able to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods, and lift heavy objects (up to 50 lbs).
• Technical: Familiarity with cleaning chemicals, safety protocols, and equipment like floor buffers or pressure washers.
• Soft Skills: Time management, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently.
