Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Maintenance Intern for Summer 2027 at our automotive manufacturing facility in New Braunfels, Texas. This full-time, on-site internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment while developing a broad understanding of Maintenance within Operations.

This 12-week program runs from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027 and offers exposure to CMMS, TPM, and cross-functional collaboration across Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and Quality.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
• Pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related studies.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship planned.

Responsibilities

• CMMS research: assess downtime, maintenance processes, costs, and workflows.
• Assist with analysis for spare parts inventory control requirements.
• Work on TPM with AI to develop predictive maintenance tools.
• Analyze real-time data, sensors, and analytics to predict equipment failure.
• Develop standard operating sheets (SOS) and SOPs for new ADCS launches.
• Support other operational duties and projects as assigned.
