Job summary

AUMOVIO is seeking a Maintenance Intern for Summer 2027 at our automotive manufacturing facility in New Braunfels, Texas. This 12-week, full-time, on-site internship provides hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The program runs from May 17, 2027 to August 6, 2027 and emphasizes real-world maintenance insight within Operations. You will gain exposure to CMMS, TPM, predictive maintenance, and cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Maintenance, and

Qualifications

Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university.
Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering or other related studies.
Minimum 3.0 cumulative GPA.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Legal authorization to work in the United States is required; no visa sponsorship.
Relocation assistance is not available.

Responsibilities

CMMS research to assess downtime, maintenance processes, and costs.
Assist with analysis for spare parts inventory control requirements.
TPM work with AI to develop tools for predictive maintenance and TPM program.
Work with real‑time data, sensors, and analytics to predict equipment failure.
Support development of new business launch ADCU and SOS standard operating sheets.
Support other operational duties and projects as assigned.
