Training will be provided for photo composition and staging, but candidates should be able to provide sample photos and confirm the type of phone they use.

Requirements:

  1. Physical requirements: A home inspector should be in good physical shape and condition.
  2. Ability to work in high temperature environments (summer) and low temperature and wet environments (winter), outside work is required no matter what type of weather on the day of the inspection.

  4. Candidates should have a valid driver’s license and a good driving record.
  5. Must have your own reliable vehicle.
