Job summary

EverStaff, LLC in Ohio is seeking a Maintenance Technician to keep our manufacturing equipment and facility operating safely and efficiently on first shift.

You will troubleshoot, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on production equipment, read blueprints, and support installations, with a focus on reducing downtime. Benefits include medical/dental/vision, 401(k), FSA, and generous vacation.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of industrial maintenance experience.
• Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills.
• Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Experience with HVAC, boilers, or facility maintenance is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair production equipment and facility systems.
• Perform preventative maintenance to reduce downtime.
• Repair motors, bearings, belts, sensors, valves, wiring, and other machine components.
• Maintain hydraulic, pneumatic, HVAC, boiler, and glycol chilling systems.
• Respond to equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
• Assist with equipment installations and facility improvement projects.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and work closely with production teams.
