Job summary

Aviagen is seeking a Maintenance II to keep our facilities operating efficiently, performing repairs and preventive maintenance across buildings and grounds. You will tackle plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and equipment tasks to ensure uninterrupted operations at our Georgia location.

Ideal candidates bring carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC knowledge, plus the ability to read instructions and use common tools. This is a hands-on role with safety responsibilities and teamwork at the core.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of carpentry, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC.
• Must be able to use basic hand tools and read instructions including Lock-out/Tag-out procedures.

Responsibilities

• Perform basic mechanical repairs at buildings including plumbing, lighting, HVAC and other systems.
• Check, install, and repair equipment such as chain feed systems, water systems, and ventilation systems.
• Repair wooden structures, install wiring, maintain building grounds and perform routine preventive maintenance.
