Manpower is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and upkeep of a client’s property in the Hobe Sound/Stuart area of Florida. The role combines outdoor groundskeeping with basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe, well-kept environment.

Responsibilities include landscaping with riding and push mowers, trimming, and general duties. Candidates should have painting, mechanical, plumbing, and electrical basics to perform simple repairs and

Formación

• Painting 1–2 years of painting experience.
• Basic Mechanical Skills: Ability to replace door locks and door handles.
• Basic Plumbing Skills: Ability to replace faucets. Repair toilets. Operate a sewer cleanout auger. Diagnose and repair simple water leaks.
• Basic Electrical Skills: Ability to replace light fixtures and GFCI outlets. Basic understanding of lightbulb wattage, breakers, and fuses.

This role involves both outdoor groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping skills are mandatory. Must be able to operate a riding mower, push mower, trimmer, and handle all general landscaping duties.

Requirements

Additional Requirements

$20 - $22/hr.
