Manpower in the Hobe Sound/Stuart area is seeking a reliable General Maintenance Worker to keep the property's outdoor spaces and interiors clean, safe, and well-maintained. You will handle groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks as part of a small onsite team.

Applicants should have painting experience (1–2 years) and be capable with basic mechanical, plumbing and electrical tasks, plus the ability to operate lawn equipment.

We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Maintenance Worker to help maintain the cleanliness, appearance, and overall upkeep of our client's property in Hobe Sound/Stuart area. This role involves both outdoor groundskeeping and basic maintenance tasks to ensure a safe and well-kept environment.

Key Responsibilities

Landscaping skills are mandatory. Must be able to operate a riding mower, push mower, trimmer, and handle all general landscaping duties.

Requirements

1. Painting 1–2 years of painting experience.


2. Basic Mechanical Skills Ability to replace door locks and door handles.


3. Basic Plumbing Skills Ability to replace faucets. Repair toilets. Operate a sewer cleanout auger. Diagnose and repair simple water leaks.


4. Basic Electrical Skills Ability to replace light fixtures and GFCI outlets. Basic understanding of lightbulb wattage, breakers, and fuses.

Additional Requirements

• Must be able to pass a background check


• Must be able to pass a drug screening

$20 - $22/hr.
