Job summary

ADP is seeking a Maintenance I in Webster, FL to perform and oversee preventive maintenance on plant equipment and electrical systems. The role requires hands-on mechanical and electrical skills, adherence to safety programs, and the ability to work independently or with teams.

This position supports production reliability and facility upkeep in a regular full-time capacity. The candidate should have a high school diploma or GED and 5+ years of relevant experience, including PLC familiarity.

Qualifications

• Maintain preventive maintenance per daily checklist.
• Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock, and vehicles.
• Perform all mechanical and electrical tasks.
• Fabrication and welding for production projects.
• Perform routine site maintenance and housekeeping.
• Electrical work including troubleshooting and wiring.
• Change HVAC filters where not outsourced.
• Complete work orders and tracking.
• Lift heavy items and work at heights.
• Able to work with teams or alone.
• Able to work any shift.
• Follow LOTO procedures for safety.

MAINTENANCE I

REGULAR FULL TIME Webster, FL, US

Key Result Area:

Perform maintenance services to ensure a smooth-running operation.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Complies with all Company policies and procedures which includes Substance Abuse policy but not limited to.
• Adhered to all safety and operational practices.
• Willing to participate in ALL4Zero Safety Program.
• Maintain preventive maintenance in accordance with a daily checklist and adjustments to the plant equipment and machinery,
• Perform mechanical repairs on batching equipment, unloading equipment, rolling stock and company vehicles,
• Perform all mechanical and electrical tasks,
• Fabrication and welding as needed for production and special projects.
• Perform routine maintenance within the site (changing light bulbs, ballast, etc.),
• Perform minor construction repairs, valve replacements, outlets changed,
• Perform major electrical tasks including electrical troubleshooting, wiring, and electrical repairs,
• Change a/c filters (unless too time consuming, currently outsourced),
• Complete work orders and various other tracking devices,
• Responsible for housekeeping throughout plant’s areas,
• Adhered to safety and operational practices,
• Ability to work with Teams and alone,
• Complies with all Company policies and procedures
• Able to work any shift,
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
• Able to perform and understands LOTO processes and ensure the optimal procedures are followed for meeting company’s objectives.

Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or general education degree (GED),5+ years mechanical and electrical experience, Experienced in PLCs.
