Harmony Senior Services in Newark, DE is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to clean common areas and resident apartments, with a focus on bathrooms and shared spaces. You will follow safety and hygiene standards, operate laundry equipment, report supplies and maintenance needs, and uphold resident privacy at all times.

Formación

• Ability to understand verbal and written instructions.
• Ability to complete assignments thoroughly and on time.
• Must be able to stand, walk, kneel, bend, grasp, push and pull for extended periods.
• Must lift 25 lbs and carry heavy objects for up to 20 feet.
• Willing to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Clean common living areas and resident apartments in the community.
• Oversee cleaning of the facility, emphasizing common areas and apartment bathrooms.
• Complete maintenance request reports when needed and report deterioration or damage.
• Operate laundry equipment when needed; keep supplies tracked and stored properly.
• Dust furniture, blinds, and other surfaces; vacuum all areas and apartments.
• Maintain resident privacy and follow policies on release of information.
• Attend required in-services and staff meetings.
