Qualifications

• Experience with general maintenance tasks and safety protocols.
• Ability to read and interpret basic blueprints.
• Proficiency with hand tools and basic welding equipment.

Responsibilities

• Assist maintenance technicians with routine inspections and repairs of machinery and building systems.
• Operate and maintain hand tools, welding equipment, and other machinery under supervision.
• Climb ladders and use scissor lifts safely to access elevated work areas for maintenance tasks.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to support repair and installation work.
• Perform precision measuring and assist in the alignment and fitting of parts and components.
• Support general maintenance duties including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing worn parts.
• Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
• Report any equipment malfunctions or safety hazards to the maintenance supervisor promptly.
• Help maintain conveyors, dust collection systems, and production equipment.
• Gather tools, parts, and materials for maintenance jobs/ maintenance technicians.
• Perform building and ground maintenance repairs
