Genesiscareers is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support facility operations in Bridgeville, PA. You will perform minor repairs on handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds and equipment, and assist with stock and supplies management.

Responsibilities include changing HVAC filters, lifting duties, and stepping in for the Maintenance supervisor when needed. A high school diploma and basic trade skills are required. Competitive benefits are offered to employees.

Qualifications

• High school degree or equivalent.
• Basic knowledge of wiring, plumbing and carpentry.

Responsibilities

• Make minor repairs to handrails, windows, flooring, walls, ceilings, beds, wheelchairs, geri-chairs, electrical equipment, sprinkler systems, generators, emergency lighting, fire alarms and extinguishers.
• Changes filters on HVAC equipment
• Carries, lifts and stocks supplies
• Assume Maintenance supervisor's responsibilities in his/her absence
