Express Employment Professionals - Cincinnati East is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Helper for our plastic injection molding facility on a swing shift (Mon-Fri, 3:00PM-11:30PM). The role pays $22 per hour and offers a temp-to-hire pathway with room for growth.

Qualifications

• Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to operate hand and power tools.
• Ability to lift and move equipment and parts up to 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and follow instructions in a team setting.

Responsibilities

• Assist with routine maintenance and repairs on injection molding machines, conveyors, and other production equipment.
• Support the setup, installation, and removal of molds for production.
• Perform general facility repairs (mechanical, electrical, plumbing).
• Troubleshoot and assist in resolving machine malfunctions.
• Monitor machine performance and maintain detailed logs.
• Keep tools, parts, and work areas clean and organized.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures, ensuring OSHA compliance.
• Help maintain parts inventory and notify supervisors when supplies need replenishing.
