PTC seeks a diligent Industrial Worker to support our safety‑driven operations in Minnesota. You will perform essential cleaning, waste removal, and floor maintenance across bays, while complying with our Quality Management System and site procedures.

Responsibilities include sweeping, operating power-cleaning tools, monitoring chemical handling, and occasionally using a forklift. The role demands a strong work ethic, teamwork, and flexibility with shifts.

Competenze

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required.
• Must be computer literate and able to learn ERP and HP programs.
• Ability to read and comprehend instructions and memos.
• Ability to perform arithmetic and basic algebra/geometry.

• Contribute to a safer and cleaner operation.

• Perform routine cleaning in factory areas, offices, and grounds.

We offer the following:FREE HealthcareHSA optionDentalVisionLife Insurance401K plan with company matchVoluntary Employee Life and AD&DEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Referral BonusAnnual college scholarship available for children & grandchildren of PTC employeesJob Summary: Job Class 074, Labor Grade 6Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Conscientiously work toward running a safer and cleaner operation.Ensure that all guards are always in place.Inform the supervisors of any maintenance problems or suggested changes to equipment.Does routine manual work in cleaning factory working areas, offices, and grounds.Duties include a combination of sweeping, mopping, scrubbing, removing chips, oil, other refuse, including restrooms, break areas, main entry hall, and offices in bay 7.Empty all trash bins in bays 6-9.Empty steel hoppers.Operates power-cleaning tools as required.Monitors and adds salt to water softer.Keeps main entry ways and sidewalks clear of snow and ice, salt as needed.Cross-train in floor scrubber, and waste oil handling.Collect, wash, dry, and deliver gloves daily to all departments.Must be able to operate a forklift.Paints facility as needed.Assumes various other duties at the direction of the shift supervisor.The incumbent is expected to understand that all employees have a shared responsibility for the quality of products and related services provided to our customers.
