Job summary

Superior Contracting & Maintenance is seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician / Punch-List Technician on a 1099 contract basis. The role involves performing plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, and general handyman tasks for residential properties with emphasis on quality workmanship and client satisfaction.

You will work as a contractor across local areas, using your own tools and vehicle, delivering fast pay and flexible hours while supporting property management partners and project

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and reliable, punctual attitude.
• Must have own vehicle and be able to haul equipment.
• 5+ years of experience in plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, or similar trades.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks without supervision.

Responsibilities

• Complete plumbing, HVAC, electrical, carpentry, appliances, and handyman repairs and installations.
• Troubleshoot issues and offer effective solutions.
• Follow safety codes and ensure regulatory compliance.
