• Assist with landscaping, pool care, and general property upkeep.
• Coordinate with contractors and provide access for vendor visits.
• Maintain logs of property conditions, repair requests, and task completion.
• Follow schedules and safety protocols as outlined by the Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Property Maintenance & Inspections

• Perform routine inspections of assigned properties before guest and owner arrivals.
• Carry out maintenance tasks (e.g., replacing light bulbs, unclogging drains, tightening hinges).
• Identify and promptly report damages, repair needs, and safety hazards to the Vacation Rental Manager.
• Assist with landscaping, pool care, and general property upkeep as directed.

Support to Management

• Work directly under the supervision of the Vacation Rental Manager.

• Follow schedules and safety protocols as outlined by the Manager.
