Job summary

USA Pan Company in Crescent Township, PA is seeking a full-time Handy Man/Maintenance to perform building maintenance, electrical, carpentry, dry-wall repairs, and equipment installation in our Crescent facility. This role requires reliability, the ability to work independently, and a strong commitment to safety.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and take direction.
• Ability to manage time properly.
• Previous maintenance experience required.
• Floor Technician experience preferred.
• Attention to detail and safety standards regulations.
• Physical demands: lift/move 10-25 pounds.
• Stand or sit for 8-10 hours daily with repetitive motion.
• Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment.
• Basic math skills.

Responsibilities

• Clean designated building areas - sweeping, mopping, trash removal, etc.
• Complete maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, electrical repairs, carpentry and drywall repair work.
• Assemble, disassemble, and install equipment.
• Maintain, clean, and store building equipment
• Painting
• Drywall Repair/Patching/Caulking
• Minor Plumbing
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Company driver for errands, when needed
• All other duties as assigned

• Complete maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, conducting electrical repairs such as checking electrical wiring to identify issues, and carpentry and drywall repair work.
• Assemble, disassemble, and install equipment.
• Maintain, clean, and store building equipment
• Painting
• Drywall Repair/Patching/Caulking
• Minor Plumbing
• Carry out heavy cleansing tasks and special projects.
• Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
• Stock and maintain supply rooms
• Follow all health and safety regulations
• Company driver for errands, when needed

Required (Basic) Qualifications:

• Candidates must have the ability to work independently and take direction.
• Ability to manage your time properly.
• Floor Technician experience (Preferred)
• Previous Maintenance experience (Required)
• Attention to detail and safety standards regulations (e.g. constant use of protective gear)
• Physical Demands required to regularly lift and/or move 10-25 pounds.
• Able to stand or sit for 8 to 10 hours a day with repetitive motion
• Knowledge of basic cleaning equipment
• Basic math skills
