Job summary

Bundy Baking Solutions, located in Crescent Township, PA, seeks a Trainer/Supervisor to lead the training program for Commercial Press Operators and supervise a 30+ person production team in a fast-paced baking equipment environment.

You will manage day-to-day training, production priorities, and ensure adherence to specifications, while developing knowledge of our product line and fostering team performance and safety.

• Supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
• Leadership and ability to guide teams to meet goals.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead New Hire training process for Commercial Press Operators.
• Oversee day-to-day training and supervision of 30+ employees including operators and assemblers.
• Manage production schedules, determine priorities, and guide employees to completion.
• Ensure products are produced per specifications and quality standards.
• Develop knowledge and familiarity with Bundy products.

Position Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Lead New Hire training process for Commercial Press Operators
