A leading automotive company seeks a Contiguous Stamping Maintenance Group Leader at their Lansing Grand River facility. This role involves leading skilled workers, managing maintenance operations, and ensuring adherence to safety and quality standards while supporting the transition to electric and autonomous vehicles.

Work Arrangement: This role is onsite, with the successful candidate expected to report to Lansing Grand River on a full-time basis.
The Role:
The Contiguous Stamping Maintenance Group Leader will lead a team of skilled hourly workers to troubleshoot and repair complex equipment and processes. This role requires adherence to the National and Local UAW Agreements. Candidates must have technical expertise to oversee maintenance operations, exercising independent judgment within the framework of Global Manufacturing Systems, focusing on Safety, People, Quality, Responsiveness, Cost, and Environment (SPQRCE).
Selected candidates will have opportunities to develop new skills while contributing to manufacturing processes supporting the shift toward electric and autonomous vehicles.
