Job summary

The Caleb Group in Saco, Maine is seeking an energetic maintenance technician to support our apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford and Old Orchard Beach. You’ll be responsible for ongoing upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds, and you will coordinate with management, coworkers and residents.

The role includes rotating on-call shifts to ensure property needs are met. Strong communication, reliability and hands‑on maintenance skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience performing building maintenance and repairs.
• Able to patch walls, paint interiors and repair fixtures.
• Comfort working with residents and subcontractors.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Apartment communities in Saco, Biddeford, and Old Orchard Beach seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and dependable individual to join our team. Under direction will be responsible for the on-going maintenance and upkeep of buildings, equipment, facilities and grounds. Excellent communication skills are essential as this position involves coordinating on a regular basis with management and coworkers, residents, and subcontractors. All members of the maintenance staff participate in a rolling on-call calendar.

Salary
