Job summary

McDonald’s in Indiana is seeking a Maintenance Person to keep interior and exterior restaurant areas clean and equipment in good working order. The role includes daily fryer oil filtration and general maintenance to ensure a welcoming, safe environment.

You will handle tasks such as cleaning, grounds upkeep, window and equipment cleaning, unloading deliveries, trash, lighting, and HVAC/roof debris removal, supporting seamless operations.

Qualifications

• Maintenance role requiring self-direction and good time management.
• Ability to take ownership of building cleanliness and grounds daily.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily.
• Maintaining outside grounds.
• Clean equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms.
• Unload delivery truck 2 times a week.
• Take out and empty trash compactor.
• Change light bulbs.
• Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris.
