Job Summary:

The Grounds Maintenance team is responsible for the daily maintenance around the outside of the clubhouse, parking lots, and golf course(s). The Groundskeeper will perform ongoing landscaping tasks and routine maintenance of all landscaping equipment.

Day-to-Day:

• Removal of trash and debris, blowing areas off, sweeping, raking, mulching, mowing, trimming, edging, watering, and planting material.
• Mow the lawns, prune bushes and trees, edge walkways, and give the grounds a manicured look.
• Take on special landscaping or planting projects as deemed necessary by the property manager.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to ensure grounds and building are properly cared for.
• Perform regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn care equipment.

About You:

• Experience with gardening and knowledge of basic perennial and annual plants.
• A certification in horticulture or landscaping is preferred.
• Reliable worker capable of performing routine tasks independently.
• Strong attention to detail.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
