Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED is required.
• Manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to work at heights and use ladders or steps.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to safety regulations at all times.
• Keep forklift area clean and report service needs.
• Maintain hazardous materials area and monitor waste solvent drums.
• Inspect and maintain air compressor/fluid cooler area for leaks and cleanliness.
• Assist with installation, leveling, and assembly of machines and structures.
• Safely operate common maintenance hand and power tools.
• Perform routine bench maintenance tasks and basic repairs.
• Assist with piping work and inspecting equipment.
• Learn requisition, receipts, and preventative maintenance workflows.
• Maintain grounds and outdoor areas (mowing, trimming, litter removal).
• Perform snow/ice removal and painting as assigned.
• Support pallet repairs and pallet return programs.
• Keep work area clean and assist training of staff and trainees.
