Job summary

Trinity Heads, Inc. in Navasota, Texas is seeking an Equipment Maintenance Foreman (2nd shift) to lead maintenance personnel, set priorities, and ensure reliable equipment performance.

You will coordinate with Planner/Scheduler using CMMS, drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs, and supervise training and development of the maintenance team.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• 5 years maintenance experience.
• 1-3 years related technical supervisory experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Strong knowledge of Maintenance Management Systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage maintenance personnel by setting direction and priorities.
• Provide training and continuous development on all maintenance personnel.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with Planner/Scheduler utilizing CMMS.
