Skills Provision is searching for a Maintenance Foreman for a company in the United States.

Our client is a regional wine producer and distributor, they have a requirement for a suitably skilled Maintenance Foreman.

Position : Permanent

Salary & Benefits

• 74,000 p / a

Role

• Under direction of the Maintenance Supervisor assign work and tasks to the employees.
• Get materials and / or tools ready for the day.
• Check quality and quantity of work.
• Ensure compliance with Safety rules and procedures, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s), and Good Management Practices (GMP’s),
• Train employees in proper work techniques, sustainability, and safety.
• As needed, perform all levels of hands-on tasks for respective department.
• Responsible for compliance of sustainability policies and practices which are economically viable, socially acceptable, and environmentally sound.
• Follow safe operating procedures, support safety programs and policies to safeguard personal, property, and the environment.

Requirements

• High School Diploma.
• 2- 5 years’ experience in welding, plumbing, and electrical.
• Must be able to operate vehicles, forklifts, hand tools, and machinery.
• Must have valid CA Driving License, various categories would be desirable.
• A natural engineer with managerial aspirations.
• Hardworking nature, command respect, a natural leader.
• Competent with IT.
• Respectful attitude.
