Maintenance ForemanHillsboro, New Hampshire, United States - OSI USA DanversWhat we expectThe Maintenance Foreman position is within our Packaging Department team and includes the following primary responsibilities:
- Coordination of all maintenance and continuous improvement activities across all packaging lines
- Direct responsibility for reducing downtime and streamlining maintenance activities using lean techniques.
- Administering and organizing PM programs, as well as design/process improvements
- Implement and manage the Mean-Time-Before-Failure methodology to reduce unplanned downtime
- Leadership of mechanical and electrical technical associates with desired outputs
- Maintain critical spare parts inventories and reorder as needed
- Establish and coordinate training programs, team meetings, and improvement projects.
- Leadership role in the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of proper maintenance, safety, and operational procedures
- All other duties as assigned
Who we are looking for- Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience, or an Associate's degree with at least 10 years of applicable industry experience
- Exposure to mechanical systems, pneumatics, and cylinder components
- Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems and PLC interfaces
- Comfortable collaborating with engineering teams to solve technical challenges
- Training or hands-on experience with LEAN and TPM methodologies is preferred
- Prior experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Brings a strong work ethic, positive attitude, and high energy to the role
