Job summary

GRI Towers Texas, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Foreman to lead a mechanical and electrical maintenance team on production floors in Amarillo, TX. You will manage shifts, schedule PMs, and ensure safety and equipment standards are met.

This role requires hands-on leadership, strong problem-solving, and experience with SAP or ERP systems. Bilingual English-Spanish is a plus. You will report to the Maintenance Supervisor and coordinate with operators, inspectors, and third-party contractors to

Qualifications

• Requires a Technical Diploma or 3+ years in maintenance foreman/supervisor role.
• Experience implementing continuous improvement.
• Ability to supervise maintenance teams and ensure codes, standards and procedures.
• Detail oriented, hands-on, and able to communicate on the shop floor.

Responsibilities

• Taking work orders and preparing required equipment for production.
• Leading the change of shifts.
• Scheduling PMs and projects around the production processes.
• Ensure the maintenance team fulfills equipment specifications.
• Ensure the maintenance team meets the daily/weekly/monthly goals.
• Daily maintenance follow-ups.
• Daily reports for maintenance statuses.
• Coordinating required work among operators, inspectors, Maintenance, and 3rd party contractors.
• Monitoring the maintenance team members' performance during shifts.
• Ensure the maintenance team fills out all inspection and PM forms needed during the work day.
• Check the inspection and PM forms after maintenance and deliver to Data Input Responsible for SAP reporting.
• Arrange cleaning and maintenance of production equipment.
• Assisting the Maintenance Supervisors per their requests.
• Fulfillment of 5S routine in areas.
• Notifications of accidents or incidents.
• Notification of unsafe acts and conditions.
• Ensures operations are SAP scanned by every Maintenance team member.

General Description/ ObjectiveThe Maintenance Foreman will be responsible for ensuring that Maintenance runs efficiently and according to daily and weekly Goals.
