Qualifications

• Physical demands include lifting up to 50 pounds regularly, standing or walking up to 2 hours at a time and up to 7 hours per day.

Responsibilities

• Locate, inspect, clean, and repair manholes and sewer lines.
• Vacuum, clean, and degrease lift stations.
• Repair non-potable water lines, valves, and hydrants.
• Operate heavy equipment.
• Perform heavy-duty cleaning and minor carpentry/plumbing at buildings.
• Conduct janitorial and groundskeeping duties.
• Remove snow and debris.
• Read and interpret maps and drawings.
• Transport liquid sewage sludge between treatment plants.
