Job summary

Prysmian's Jackson, TN facility seeks a Maintenance/Facility Engineering Manager to lead the Maintenance department and drive productivity and cost reduction. Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will plan preventative maintenance, supervise installation of new machines, enforce safety and environmental compliance, and coordinate with production teams.

Candidates should have 7–10 years in maintenance engineering, strong project management skills, and BS in Engineering; a master’s degree

Qualifications

• BS degree in Engineering; Master’s degree preferred.
• 7–10 years Maintenance Engineering Experience and Project Management.
• Experience in manufacturing and environmental management.

Responsibilities

• Direct the maintenance department to minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability.
• Schedule preventative maintenance for all machines and track execution.
• Supervise installation of new machines, inspect before use, and maintain records.
• Coordinate priority maintenance with production requirements and scheduling.
• Enforce safety procedures and policies; manage HSE programs.
