Job summary

Arcadia Family of Companies is hiring a Maintenance Services I for Arcadia Retirement Residence in Honolulu, HI. The role is full-time, with 35–40 hours per week, and compensation ranges from $18.33 to $21.56 per hour.

Responsibilities include work orders, deliveries, and basic preventive maintenance in a compassionate senior-living environment. Qualified candidates will have an Associate's degree or equivalent experience and basic computer and work-order system skills.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A.A.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school, or related experience.
• Ability to use a computer and online maintenance work order system.
• Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable duties.

Responsibilities

• Performs work orders and assists with resident moves and item transfers.
• Delivers items, setups furniture, and supports preventive maintenance.
• Responds to emergencies and assists with safety procedures and checks.
