Patterson Auto Group is seeking a dependable Maintenance & Facilities Technician to support dealership facilities at the Tustin Auto Center, including Tustin Mazda, Tustin Kia, and Tustin Hyundai. Qualifications

• Experience in general maintenance, facilities, construction, or handyman work.
• Mechanically inclined with practical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with HVAC and air-conditioning systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform general maintenance and minor repairs throughout dealership facilities.
• Inspect machinery and equipment to ensure proper and safe operation.
• Conduct routine HVAC inspections and identify service or repair needs.
• Monitor safety and compliance in service departments and facility areas.
• Assist with preventative maintenance to reduce downtime and issues.
• Identify repairs requiring vendors or contractors and communicate needs to management.
