Job summary

Three Bears Alaska is seeking Maintenance Team Members for our Cooper Landing store to provide janitorial services and general maintenance of the warehouse and grounds.

The role includes operating floor scrubbing machines, handling supplies, assisting with displays, snow removal, and occasional front-end support. The position offers both part-time and full-time schedules with benefits, and requires a high school diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Janitorial experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Clean warehouse floors, offices, break room, and restrooms using floor scrubbing machinery and by sweeping, mopping, spraying, and wiping.
• Restock supplies and empty trash from designated areas.
• Operate floor scrubber, trash compactor, baler, and other store equipment.
• Assist with building displays and fixtures; maintain exterior grounds and snow/ice removal.
• Provide prompt, courteous member service and assist in other departments as necessary.
