Qualifications

• Maintains interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and keeps equipment in good working order.

Responsibilities

• Filtering oil fryers daily
• Maintaining outside grounds
• Cleaning equipment, windows, stock rooms and restrooms
• Unloading delivery truck 2 times a week
• Taking out and emptying trash compactor
• Changing light bulbs
• Cleaning HVAC/Exhaust units and roof debris
