Amphenol CDI is seeking a Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor for its Cerritos, CA facility. You will lead maintenance teams, drive preventive and predictive maintenance, and coordinate equipment upgrades while ensuring uptime and safety compliance.
The role collaborates with EHS, HR, Operations, and Quality to sustain a safe manufacturing environment with Swiss screw machines, CNC mills, and utility systems. Prior leadership and maintenance experience in manufacturing are required.
SUMMARY The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance activities for manufacturing equipment, facilities, utilities, tooling support systems, and preventative maintenance programs at Amphenol CDI's Cerritos manufacturing facility. The position leads maintenance personnel and coordinates repairs, equipment uptime initiatives, contractor activities, facility improvements, and asset reliability programs. The Maintenance & Facilities Supervisor supports Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) compliance through execution of facility inspections, corrective actions, preventative maintenance programs, regulatory remediation activities, and equipment safety programs. This role partners with Human Resources, Operations, Quality, and company EHS resources to maintain a safe and compliant manufacturing environment. The position supports a manufacturing operation that includes Swiss screw machines, CNC milling equipment, air compressor systems, soldering equipment, curing and bake ovens, facility utilities, and related production support equipment.

Approximately 10% of travel is expected.
According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $80,000 and $110,000 annually. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline.
