Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education/experience.
• Six years of progressive management experience in maintenance.
• Four years of general maintenance experience across carpentry, plumbing, electrical, HVAC.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership, guidance, training, and counseling to maintenance staff.
• Manage staff recruitment, training, and performance evaluations.
• Coordinate with other departments to address maintenance issues and meet organizational goals.
• Develop plans and objectives for maintenance operations and ensure policy compliance.
• Oversee emergency repairs and procurement for damage mitigation.
• Review work orders daily and assign priorities accordingly.
• Track preventive maintenance and budget-aligned replacements.
