Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks in resident living and recreational areas to ensure a safe and comfortable environment.
• Complete administrative duties, including forms and reports, to support the smooth operation of the facility.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues, families, and visitors, demonstrating leadership potential.
• Plan, organize, and interpret the goals, objectives, policies, and procedures of the maintenance department.
• Manage inventory supplies and perform additional assigned duties.
