Responsibilities:

• Provide special projects in the maintenance department.
• Carry out planned maintenance programs as directed by the Director of Maintenance.
• Document maintenance activities as required.
• Expedite repair requisitions prioritizing safety and patient needs.
• Perform repairs, replenish supplies, and refinishing walls, ceilings, floors, and wall coverings.
• Observe mechanical and electrical devices in operation, locate, adjust, and correct potential problems.

Schedule:

• Full-Time

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in general maintenance, carpentry, plumbing, electrical work, or appliance maintenance.
• Ability to communicate effectively, understand and carry out instructions both written and verbal.

Additional Information:

The salary range for this position is $28–$30 per hour, based on experience, skills, licensure, and program needs. Final salary will be determined during the hiring process.
