Salary: $27.15 - $28.14 Hourly / $56,472.00 - $58,531.20 Annually (Based on 40-Hours per week)
Full-time 40-Hour per week position with benefits

Minimum Qualifications :
- High school diploma or GED or equivalent
- Two (2) to three (3) years previous experience and training in use of power and/or hand tools and street maintenance
- Valid Ohio Class A CDL with air brakes and tanker endorsement, or must obtain within one (1) year of employment
Example of Duties:
- Works with the Assistant Superintendent to complete the daily tasks
- Makes repairs to storm inlets, manholes, tiles, and detention basins
- Jet clogged tiles
- Inspects, cleans, and prepares lists for repairs of inlets/low flow channels
- Installs/inspects inflow/outflow of detention/retention basins and ditches
- Undertakes weed control; cuts and/or removes fallen trees from various creeks
- Operates construction and maintenance equipment (e.g., pick-up truck, dump trucks of various sizes, steer skid loader, riding mowers, weed eaters, chain saws)
- Participates in ice control/snow removal
- Order necessary materials from vendors
- Keeps records and prepares reports
- Works overtime as required to continue essential City services
- Responds to inquiries from residents, builders, developers, engineers, vendors, and City administration
- Remains informed of current developments and procedures pertinent to duties
- Participates in staff development activities and services review procedures
- Attends staff meetings and supervisory conferences
- Maintains required licenses and/or certificates
- Meets all job safety requirements and all applicable OSHA safety standards that pertain to essential functions
