Job summary

Vista Senior Living Management in Minnesota is seeking a Full-Time Director of Maintenance and Environmental Services to lead maintenance operations at Eden Vista Litchfield. You will oversee utility systems, grounds, and preventive maintenance to ensure a safe, comfortable environment for residents and staff.

The role requires a boiler license or ability to obtain one, strong knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, electrical systems, and a proven ability to manage teams while maintaining compliance with

Qualifications

• Must have boiler license or ability to pass test within 30 days
• Knowledge of building codes and regulations for plant equipment
• Experience with HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems
• OSHA and safety requirements knowledge
• Ability to lead and motivate a workforce
• English literacy for reading/writing and directions

Responsibilities

• Oversee housekeeping and laundry staff
• Schedule repair and maintenance of machines, tools, and equipment
• Direct maintenance activities on utility systems (heat, steam, electricity, gas, air)
• Develop preventive maintenance programs
• Recommend improvements for equipment and operations
• Requisition tools, equipment, and supplies
• Review product plans and discuss equipment needs with engineers
• Maintain attractive and well-kept grounds
• Lead safety committee minutes
• Perform other tasks per policy and standards
