Sterling Engineering is seeking a Maintenance Engineering Supervisor to lead a technical team and drive reliability, uptime, and continuous improvement across a modern manufacturing operation. You’ll oversee maintenance and engineering activities, lead capital projects from concept through implementation, and support commissioning of new equipment while partnering with production to boost throughput and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BS in Engineering or related technical field is required.
• 10+ years in manufacturing engineering or maintenance leadership.
• Experience leading technical teams and projects.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance and engineering activities across the operation.
• Lead capital improvement projects from concept to implementation.
• Support commissioning of new equipment and integration into production.
• Collaborate with production to improve reliability, capacity and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment and process issues and drive root-cause solutions.
