Job summary

Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown is seeking a dependable Overnight Maintenance Engineer to safeguard guest comfort and safety while keeping our hotel’s systems running smoothly. You will perform essential repairs in guest rooms and public spaces, address requests with professionalism, maintain outdoor areas, and oversee mechanical rooms with a focus on reliability and clean, safe operations.

Experience in hotel facilities is preferred; a high school diploma plus technical training is

Motto by Hilton Nashville Downtown, Hilton's newest Lifestyle hotel in the heart of SoBro, is recruiting for dependable, hands-on Overnight Maintenance Engineer to help maintain our hotel while serving as an important overnight presence for guest and team member safety.

  • Ensuring guest rooms and public spaces are at peak functionality, prioritizing comfort and safety for guests and colleagues alike
  • Applying your technical prowess to solve puzzles, performing repairs that are both efficient and effective
  • Handling guest requests with a blend of professionalism and personable responsiveness that leaves a lasting impression
  • Contributing to the aesthetic and operational upkeep of outdoor spaces
  • Maintaining the heart of our hotel—its mechanical areas—keeping them safe, clean, and organized

We are looking for someone who takes ownership, works well independently, and understands that maintaining the hotel means more than fixing equipment - it also means protecting the overall guest experience.

Hotel or facilities maintenance experience is preferred.
